Who will deliver my goods?
Looking Fine Equine are proud to use myHermes, for an efficient and safe delivery service. All our myHermes parcels can be tracked, so you know exactly where your parcel is. myHermes also give you the option for the parcel to be left in a nominated ‘safe place’ where the parcel can be left should you not be in. If you do not have an appropriate safe place, and you miss the delivery, the local myHermes couriers will leave details for the delivery to be rearranged.
When will I receive my order?
For products that are ‘In Stock’, we aim to despatch goods within 48hrs on receipt of your order. Delivery should then be expected 3-5 working days after dispatch.
For products that are listed as ‘can be backordered’, and therefore we do not have in stock; will be ordered imminently from our trusted suppliers. In this instance, we will email you to inform you of the expected receipt of your goods at Looking Fine Equine, and then the expected delivery date to yourself. We will try to make this turn around as quick as possible, but please allow up to 10 days for delivery of these goods. If you are not satisfied with the expected delivery date, you will have the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Goods are supplied to you on unconditional approval. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in fully re-saleable condition and returned within 14 days. The item should be in perfect condition and complete with the original packaging. We will be happy to exchange the item if you wish or refund you the original price paid. We strongly suggest a Certificate of Posting is obtained as this allows us to claim should the goods be lost or damaged in transit.
